Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Wortkarten account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request using the information below.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email address)
• All learning progress and statistics
• Your vocabulary cards and custom collections
• App preferences and settings

Please note: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data.

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance purposes but will not be linked to your identity.

To delete your account, please contact us via email:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your Wortkarten account
• Confirmation that you understand all data will be permanently deleted

We will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 2-3 business days.

You can also delete your account directly from within the Wortkarten app:

1. Open the Wortkarten app
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down to Account section
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision
